NLIS 2 July 18, 2006 (Tourism, Culture and Recreation) NOTE TO EDITORS: Official launch of new Visitor Information Centre at St. John�s International Airport The Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, in partnership with the St. John�s Airport Authority and the City of St. John�s, will officially open a new Visitor Information Centre at the St. John�s International Airport tomorrow (July 19). The state-of-the-art facility, designed to reflect our seafaring past, will offer enhanced and comprehensive services to tourists and travelers requiring information about the province, the city and the airport. The event takes place at 10:30 a.m. Media representatives are invited to attend.
