NLIS 4 March 31, 2006 (Tourism, Culture and Recreation) The following is being distributed on behalf of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador: Provincial basketball championships The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will host three U16 Boys Pepsi Provincial Championships this weekend March 31-April 2. The East Coast Boys "A" event will take place at Dunne Academy, in St. Mary�s with six teams entered, while St. Lawrence High will host the eight team U16 Boys "B" division. Lester Pearson High in Wesleyville will host the West Coast Boys U16 event with six teams vying for the championship. Play gets under way Friday and will conclude with the championship games slated for Sunday afternoon.
