NLIS 4 April 4, 2006 (Government Services) NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to attend Safety Champions Award launch Dianne Whalen, Minister of Government Services, will join representatives from the Canadian Red Cross and North Atlantic Refining to launch the Safety Champions Award. This is a joint initiative between the Canadian Red Cross and North Atlantic Refining to promote safety in Newfoundland and Labrador communities. The launch will take place at the Canadian Red Cross Regional Office, 17 Major�s Path in St. John�s on Wednesday, April 5 at 10 a.m. Media representatives are welcome.
