Loyola Sullivan, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will speak at the Conception Bay South Chamber of Commerce luncheon today (Wednesday, April 5). The luncheon will begin at 12 noon at the Woodstock Colonial Restaurant in Paradise.
