NOTE TO EDITORS:

MV Inch Arran takes over ferry service at Long Island

The Department of Transportation and Works advises that the MV Inch Arran is currently operating between Pilley�s Island and Long Island. The vessel took over the ferry service this morning, October 8.

The MV Nonia has resumed service between Shoal Arm and Little Bay Islands.

The MV Sound of Islay will depart for St. Brendan�s today and, upon arrival, will replace the MV Hamilton Sound, which is scheduled to undergo an annual refit.
