The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:

Part B of Introduction to Competition NCCP Theory Course, St. John�s

The generic or �multi-sport� Theory Course, Part B of Introduction to Competition of the National Coaching Certification Program ( NCCP ), is scheduled for the weekend of November 25-27. This course consists of four modules: Introduction, Basic Mental Skills, Teaching and Learning and Designing a Sport Program. This course is open to any person who is presently coaching, has a desire to become a coach or has an interest in certain aspects of coaching; the course is essential for those who have taken the Level 1 Theory Course or the Part A of Introduction to Competition and are seeking coaching certification.

The course takes place at MUN�s Physical Education Building, St. John�s, and it commences at 6:45 p.m. on November 25. Cost of the Part B of Introduction to competition is $60.
