The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:

The Newfoundland and Labrador Volleyball Association is now accepting registrations for its new ATOMIC VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM.

This program is for ages 10-16 and involves basic volleyball quality instruction and play. The program starts on October, 8 at the YMCA/YWCA in St. John's.

Time: Eight-week program runs on Saturdays from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Cost: $60 includes: water bottle, t-shirt and 16 hours of instruction.
