NOTE TO EDITORS: Minster to release provincial policy framework for mental health and addictions services

Health and Community Services Minister John Ottenheimer will hold a news conference at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, October 5, to officially release a new policy framework for mental health and addictions services in Newfoundland and Labrador. Minister Ottenheimer will be joined by Colleen Simms, Regional Director of Mental Health and Addictions for Eastern Health, and Martha Muzychka, President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter of the Canadian Mental Health Association. The news conference will take place in the Media Centre, East Block, Confederation Building.
