NOTE TO EDITORS: News conference: Finance minister to present mid-year financial update

Loyola Sullivan, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will hold a news conference today, November 3, to provide a mid-year financial update for the 2005-06 fiscal year. It will take place at 2:00 p.m. in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.
