NOTE TO EDITORS: Premier Danny Williams will announce today (Monday, August 8) the completion of phase one of the Expressions of Interests and Proposals (EOI) for the development of the Lower Churchill hydro resource. The premier will be joined by Dean MacDonald, chair of the board of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro (NLH), and Ed Martin, president and chief executive officer of NLH.
