Environmental Assessment Bulletin

Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne has announced the following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act. 

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PLAN ACCEPTED AS SATISFACTORY:
                                                                                            (Reg. 867) 

The minister has accepted the Environmental Protection Plan for the Duck Pond (Millertown area) Copper-Zinc Mine by Aur Resources Inc. as satisfactory. The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was deemed acceptable on January 31, 2002.
