NLBA Hawk-Eyes High School Hoop Challenge

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association (NLBA) have been provided the opportunity to run a high school basketball tournament for males and females at Mile One Stadium, in St. John�s on October 10-12. The event will run in conjunction with the Hawk-Eyes Men�s Basketball Challenge and will culminate with the NBA Raptors vs. Cleveland game.

High school teams interested in participating in the event must contact the NLBA office prior to Wednesday, September 17. A selection committee will select the top eight male and eight female teams to participate in a single elimination format event. Alternate facilities may have to be used in order to complete both events. The tournament is aimed at providing a high calibre event for high school teams early in the season.
