"The Crown Lands Division of Government Services and Lands is committed to identifying lots in available areas for the purpose of cottage developments. I am pleased to make this second announcement for a cottage draw this summer," said Minister Sweeney.

Eleven lots will be issued as Crown Land Leases. These are surveyed with direct road access and a waste disposal system design approved by the Department of Government Services and Lands.
