Canada's provincial and territorial finance ministers will meet on Thursday afternoon prior to meeting with the federal finance minister Paul Martin. Following this Thursday meeting, the provincial and territorial finance ministers will brief media from 5:00 - 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.
