NOTE TO EDITORS:
Ralph Wiseman, Minister of Environment, will hold a news conference today, February 21, at 2:00 p.m. to announce changes to the beverage container deposit refund program. Minister Wiseman will be joined by Gordon Seabright, chair of the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board. The event will take place in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.
