The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:
NLBA summer basketball camp
The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will hold a summer co-ed camp at the Provincial Training Center in Torbay from June 27-30. The camp will run from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at a cost of $90 per applicant for four full days of instruction.
The registration fee will include a Nike T-shirt and a Spalding basketball and is open to boys and girls born between 1986-1988.
Instructors for the camp will include past and present provincial and Memorial University coaches.
The camp is open to the first 50 paid applicants. Interested applicants should contact their basketball coaches for applications or contact Erika Stokes at (709) 576-0247.
