NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Beaton Tulk and Sandra C. Kelly, acting Minister for Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will be holding a news conference for Receiving the World - a celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Marconi�s first transatlantic wireless signal. All media are invited to attend as the logo and Web site for the Receiving the World program will be revealed by Premier Tulk, Minister Kelly and Harold Howell, the son of one of the participants of the historic event which took place on December 12, 1901. The news conference will take place on December 12 at 11:30 a.m. at the Tattoo Building, Signal Hill Interpretation Centre.
