NOTE TO EDITORS:

Members of the media wishing to cover Fisheries Forum 2000 on Tuesday and Wednesday (March 14 and 15) at Hotel Newfoundland are advised that they can pick up their name tags and tickets for the forum luncheon at the registration desk. The luncheon will feature Premier Brian Tobin as guest speaker. Registration will take place on March 13 from 6-8 p.m. and on March 14, beginning at 8 a.m. An audio feed will be provided during the forum.

Fisheries Forum 2000: A Forum on Sustainability and Viability is being hosted by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and is part of the department�s ongoing efforts and commitment to create a more viable, stable and sustainable fishery.
