Market Highlights:
Retail gasoline prices throughout a number of
communities in the Province fell by 1.0 cpl. For the communities surveyed, Conception Bay
South continues to have the least expensive price of 67.9 cpl.
From November 2, 1999 to November 16, 1999, refinery
wholesale prices, as measured by the Montreal refinery rack price, increased by 2.0 cpl to
28.6 cpl.
Crude oil prices increased from $22.39 US per barrel
to $25.70 US per barrel over the current survey period.
