NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Brian Tobin will give the keynote address at the annual conference of the Canadian Society of Association Executives on Sunday, July 18, 1999 at 9:30 a.m. at the Delta Hotel in St. John's. The society's membership encompasses a wide range of not-for-profit organizations representing all sectors of business and society. The Premier will address the importance of building partnerships between government and the not-for-profit sector.
