Certificate of approval for North Atlantic Refining Limited

Oliver Langdon, Minister of Environment and Labour, will hold a news conference at the Senior Citizen's Complex, Arnold's Cove Wednesday, March 10, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the news conference is to announce the terms and conditions of a revised environmental Certificate of Approval for North Atlantic Refining Limited.
