Lloyd Matthews, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, today announced that a $182,700 contract has been awarded to Bluebird Investments Ltd. of Grand Falls-Windsor for extension and renovations, R.T. Harvey Elementary, Baie Verte.

Mr. Matthews said that the work will be completed by July 15, 1998.
