NOTE TO EDITORS:
Tourism, Culture and Recreation Minister Sandra Kelly will hold a news conference at Corner Brook's Canada Games Centre on Monday, June 22 at 2 p.m.
The purpose of the conference is to highlight the Atlantic Canada Tourism Showcase which will be held in Corner Brook from October 7 to 10, 1998.
The minister will be joined by Corner Brook Mayor Dave Luther and Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador executive secretary Ken Brown.
The Atlantic Canada Showcase is one of the nation's premier tourism marketing events and is expected to attract over 350 national and international delegates.
