NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Brian Tobin will join Herb Gray, Deputy Prime Minister of Canada and Minister responsible for the Government of Canada's millennium initiative, for an important announcement regarding the Newfoundland Museum's Viking Millennium Exhibit Project.

The announcement is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, at 2 p.m. at the Upper Concourse of the St. John's Arts and Culture Center.

Also attending the announcement will be Gerry Byrne, M.P. for Humber-St. Barbe-Baie Verte, representing the Minister of Canadian Heritage, and historian and columnist Gwynne Dyer.
