NOTE TO EDITORS:
CABOT 500 MEDIA ADVISORY
Further to the Cabot 500 media advisory issued in early April, news editors are asked to forward their completed accreditation forms to the Cabot 500 Celebrations Office by Monday, April 28.
If your newsroom has not received the advisory and the accreditation forms, please call Gillian Marx at Cabot 500 at (709) 729- 1997.
Please fax media accreditation forms to the undersigned at (709) 579-2067.
As indicated in the advisory, a separate media accreditation exercise is required for media wishing to cover the Royal Visit, and these forms will be forwarded under separate cover by Cathy Dornan, Provincial Media Coordinator for the Royal Visit. She can be contacted at (709) 682-9370. (Office number to follow).
It is anticipated that an update on the Royal Visit itinerary will be issued in early May.
