Big Names in Business Community to be announced as sponsors of the Cabot 500 Matthew Event
On Tuesday, January 14, Sandra Kelly, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will announce major corporate sponsorship of the 1997 Cabot 500th Anniversary Celebrations - The Matthew Visit. The new sponsors will join Labatt as the official sponsors of the Matthew Visit.
Ms. Kelly will attend the news conference along with representatives of Labatt Breweries of Newfoundland and Labrador who have previously been announced as sponsors of the Matthew Visit.
Media are invited to attend the news conference which will be held at the Battery Hotel and Suites, Harbour Dining Room in St. John's at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14.
