NOTE TO EDITORS:

The Department of Human Resources & Employment is sponsoring a Public Information Session regarding The Development of Romanian Orphanage Children Adopted To Canada.

The presentation will be held by Dr. Elinor Ames from Simon Fraser University located in Burnaby, British Columbia. Dr. Ames' research for the information session was funded by the National Welfare Grants Program through Human Resources Development Canada.

The session will take place at Salon D, Holiday Inn, St. John's, Thursday, April 17th, 1997 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
