NOTE TO EDITORS
Finance Minister, Paul Dicks, and Minister Responsible for Labrador, Ernie McLean, will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. today in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. Both ministers will discuss a tobacco tax rate reduction for Labrador West and Southern Labrador.
Labrador West MHA Perry Canning will hold a simultaneous news conference at 1:30 p.m. (Labrador Time) at the Two Seasons Hotel, Conference Room Two, Labrador City. Joining Mr. Canning will be Peter Cornick and Rehan Malik of the Labrador West Chamber of Commerce.
