Bill Halfyard, chair of the 1995 Sport Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Awards Program, is very pleased to announce the three finalists in the categories of Junior Male/Female Athlete of the Year, Senior Male/Female Athlete of the Year, Coach, Team and Executive of the Year.

The winners will be announced at the 23rd annual awards banquet being held at the Delta Convention Centre in St. John's on March 16.
