1996 Newfoundland and Labrador Games, Regional qualifying competitions announced

The 1996 Newfoundland and Labrador Games will be held from August 10-17, 1996 in Conception Bay South. In preparation for this event, most of the eight provincial sport organizations involved in the games will be staging regional qualifying competitions.

All sports, including Athletics, Ball Hockey, Baseball, Rugby, Soccer (male and female), Softball (male and female), Swimming and coaches requiring further information on the selection process for their sport should contact the appropriate provincial sport organization or the Recreation and Sport Division of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation at 729-5251.
