NOTE TO EDITORS:
Premier Brian Tobin will be speaking to the Vancouver Board of Trade on Friday, November 15, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver. The Premier will be speaking on the topic of the Churchill Falls Agreement between Hydro Qu�bec and CF(L)CO. The luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m. Premier Tobin is expected to speak at approximately 1:15 p.m.
The Premier will be available to the media following the speech at approximately 1:45 p.m.
Premier Tobin will also speak to the Empire Club of Toronto on the same topic on Tuesday, November 19. The luncheon will take place at the King Edward Hotel at 12:30 p.m. The Premier is expected to speak at approximately 1:15 p.m.
