                         	  Air Canada flight 133

June 13   9:30 a.m.      Meeting between Premier Tobin and Premier Klein
                         	Location: Premier's Calgary Office
                         	Photo Opportunity Available

          1:30 p.m.      Premier Tobin will speak to the National
                         Petroleum Show.  Premier will announce the
                         details of a generic offshore royalty regime
                         which will apply to all future offshore
                         petroleum developments in Newfoundland and
                         Labrador

                         Following the announcement the premier will
                         take questions from the news media.
