Motorists are advised that a section of the Team Gushue Highway from Kelsey Drive to Kenmount Road will be closed for the next several weeks due to construction in the area, beginning Friday, July 27.

The closure is necessary to facilitate the construction of the highway near Kenmount Road to the new section of the highway that extends to Topsail Road.

The closure also ensures the safety of workers and motorists and allows the work to be completed as quickly as possible. Motorists are asked to obey signs.

Motorists travelling between the Outer Ring Road and Kenmount Road are advised to use Goldstone Street or Kelsey Drive.

Meanwhile, work on the ramp from Team Gushue Highway to Kenmount Road heading west is progressing and is expected to reopen in early August.
