The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will attend the inauguration of a settlement service for francophone newcomers today, (Thursday, March 15). The event takes place at Centre des Grands-Vents, 65 Ridge Road, St. John’s, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
