Bernard Davis, Parliamentary Secretary for Service NL, will attend the annual Sunrise Ceremony at Signal Hill National Historic Site on Sunday, July 1, beginning at 6:00 a.m.

Metrobus will provide a free shuttle to and from the event starting at the Signal Hill Visitor Centre. After the event, the City of St. John’s invites all attendees to the Visitor Centre for free birthday cupcakes.
