The Honourable Eddie Joyce, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, will address the Nearshore Coastal Restoration Workshop being hosted by ACAP Humber Arm in partnership with the World Wildlife Fund tomorrow (Thursday, March 1). Minister Joyce will speak at 12:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, 5 Navigator Avenue, St. John’s.
