The Honourable Eddie Joyce, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, has announced the following event relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.
SECOND ADDENDUM SUBMITTED:
Argentia Access Road Industrial Composting Facility Project (Reg.1838)
Proponent: Metro Environmental Limited
The proponent has submitted the second addendum to the Environmental Preview Report (EPR), as required by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment. The second addendum is posted on the department’s web page at the following link: www.ecc.gov.nl.ca/env_assessment/projects/Y2016/1838/. The public is invited to review the addendum and to submit comments to the department by March 27, 2018. Public comments may be emailed to the Chair of the Environmental Assessment Committee, at joannesweeney@gov.nl.ca or to EAProjectComments@gov.nl.ca. The minister’s decision is due by April 6, 2018. Written comments may be mailed to the address in the Learn More section below.
