The Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney General, will address the launch of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary corporate plan tomorrow (Thursday, May 17) at 10:00 a.m. The address will take place at the RNC Provincial Headquarters, Fort Townshend, St. John’s.
