The Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney General, will deliver opening remarks at a justice summit tomorrow (Friday, March 16) at 9:00 a.m.

The event will take place at The Glynmill Inn, 1B Cobb Lane, Corner Brook. The summit is open to invited participants only.

The day-long event, organized by the Department of Justice and Public Safety, will provide an opportunity for open and productive dialogue on how the criminal justice system is currently operating and the identification of collaborative solutions to addressing challenges within the system. Participants include representatives from Indigenous groups, as well as representatives from the criminal justice system, and other community groups.
