The Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services, will provide an update on Towards Recovery: The Mental Health and Addictions Action Plan for Newfoundland and Labrador tomorrow (Wednesday, July 4) at 11:30 a.m.

The update will take place in St. John’s at CHANNAL, 70 The Boulevard. Minister Haggie will be joined by Paula Corcoran-Jacobs, Executive Director of CHANNAL and Chair of the Recovery Council.
