Media Advisory: Ministers to Attend Community Pancake Breakfasts

The Honourable Sherry Gambin-Walsh, Minister of Service NL, the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services, the Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, and the Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Justice and Public Safety will participate at pancake breakfasts tomorrow (Tuesday, February 13).

Minister Gambin-Walsh will be at The Network Café, 77 Charter Avenue, St. John’s, with breakfast provided from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Minister Haggie and Minister Parsons will join Stella’s Circle in St. John’s at the Hungry Heart Café, 142 Military Road. The event runs from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Minister Osborne is visiting St. Luke’s Home in St. John’s at 24 Road De Luxe, where pancake breakfasts will be offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Proceeds from every pancake breakfast sold at these and other events will go towards dealing with housing and homelessness issues.
