The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will deliver the keynote presentation, titled The Way Forward Commitment of Doubling Food Production in Newfoundland and Labrador, at the Newfoundland and Labrador Food Forum hosted by the Conference Board’s Food Horizons Canada tomorrow (Tuesday, May 8), 12:30 p.m. at Hampton Hall, Memorial University, 155 Ridge Road, St. John’s.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Food Forum is a one-day event co-hosted by Memorial University’s Marine Institute to explore the future of the province’s food and seafood sectors, and leverage new opportunities to enhance the province’s food performance, sector sustainability and labour markets.
