The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will join students at East Point Elementary to help kick-off the school year on Monday, September 10, at 9:15 a.m. East Point Elementary is located at 14 Middleton St., St. John’s. Premier Ball will be available to the media to provide updates on the Provincial Government’s Education Action Plan and improvements to the education system. Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, and Bernard Davis, MHA for Virginia Waters-Pleasantville.
