The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in an event at North Atlantic Refining in Come By Chance tomorrow (Friday, May 4) at 10:30 a.m.

Premier Ball will be accompanied by the Honourable Siobhan Coady, Minister of Natural Resources and Mark Browne, MHA, Placentia West – Bellevue.
