The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will be available to media on Tuesday, May 22, to discuss a proposed amendment to the Schools Act. The availability will be held in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building, at 12:00 p.m. A technical briefing for media will be provided at 11:30 a.m.

Media planning to attend are asked to pre-register via email (doriswalsh@gov.nl.ca) or telephone 709-729-3812, 691-7478. Those who do not pre-register will have to proceed through the visitor entrance to access Confederation Building. All registered media will have access through the northeast entrance.
