The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will bring greetings at the opening of phase one of the Jeremy Cross Memorial Playground tomorrow (Thursday, June 14). Minister Dempster will be joined by the Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour. The event will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the Husky Energy Easter Seals House, 206 Mount Scio Road, St. John’s. The Jeremy Cross Memorial Playground is part of phase one of the Easter Seals Accessible Park Project.
