The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, will bring greetings at the 2018 Presentation of Scholarships and Awards at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University tomorrow (Thursday, March 8). The presentation begins at 12:00 p.m. at the Hampton Hall Lecture Theatre, Marine Institute, 155 Ridge Road, St. John’s.
