The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Transportation and Works, will address the Kiwanis Club of Grand Falls-Windsor today (Tuesday, April 18) regarding Budget 2017.

The event will take place at the Mount Peyton Hotel, NL Room, beginning at 12:00 noon.
