Media Advisory: Minister Coady to Participate in Provincial and Territorial Annual Meeting Related to the Status of Women

The Honourable Siobhan Coady, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will take part in the Coalition of Provincial and Territorial Advisory Councils on the Status of Women’s 2017 Annual Meeting on Monday, October 2 at the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel, 131 Duckworth Street, St. John’s. The meeting begins at 8:00 a.m.

Formed in 1995, the Coalition of Provincial and Territorial Advisory Councils on the Status of Women consists of provincial and territorial advisory bodies from across the country dedicated to advancing women’s issues within their regions by coming together in the interest of women on a national level. The coalition gathers every year for an annual meeting to reinforce the work being done, while also sharing resources and best practices.
