Media Advisory: Team Canada Special Olympic Athletes to Visit Confederation Building

The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will host an event tomorrow (Thursday, April 13) to celebrate medal-winning athletes from Newfoundland and Labrador who recently competed with Team Canada at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Austria. Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Sherry Gambin-Walsh, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development.

The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. in the lobby of the East Block, Confederation Building. Members of the public are welcome to attend and can access East Block through the main entrance at the front of the building or the northeast entrance at the rear.
